Cindy oversees all functions of Gymagic , but specializes in the competitive program. She is a strong Christian and believes that teaching gymnastics is her ministry to the Lord.
"My hope and desire, is that a child can go through the competitive program and come out an incredible person, with a strong sense of self, a high personal esteem, a sense of
team work, regard for process, ability to set and achieve goals and a wealth of other life skills! And... if they become a great gymnast in the process, that's a nice bonus!"
Other team instructors include: Gennadiy Chernov - most recent addition to the Gymagic family, came to us from the Ukraine. He heads the trampoline program for all levels of team gymnastics. He has international experience as an athlete, coach and judge. Gennadiy was the European National champion in his day and went on to coach Igor Gelimbrovsky to an International title (!) and he still holds the record for the highest individual degree of difficulty ever performed for men's individual trampoline. Gennadiy coached the U.S.S.R. team, the Ukrainian team, and even was the head of the Ukrainian National Diving Program. He is an incredible talent, a wealth of information and best of all, a wonderful person!
Selina Perez - began her Gymagic experience as a student learning skills for cheerleading. Now she coaches our Dream Team Mini's (entry level competitive team) and recreational team gymnastics. She's U.S.A.G. safety certified, Level 1 coaching accredited, and a rated judge for tumbling. She's also a student at Victoria College.
